1. Introduction

Metrili Consulting Inc. ("Metrili," "we," "us," or "our") operates an AI powered front office platform for service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, industry type, and billing information.

Call Data

Our AI receptionist and outbound calling features process voice calls. This includes call recordings, transcripts generated from those recordings, call duration, caller phone numbers, and AI generated summaries of call content.

Important: You are solely responsible for obtaining all required consents before recording calls or using AI powered voice interactions where required by law. This includes compliance with call recording consent laws in one party and two party consent jurisdictions. Metrili provides the recording and AI interaction capabilities, but compliance responsibility rests entirely with you as the customer.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, call volumes, booking activity, campaign metrics, and API usage for billing purposes.
